Billy Graham once said, “The bread of life is not a theory or a theology. It is a Person—and that Person is Jesus Christ.” Of one thing I am certain, the one thing we all need in this life is – more of Jesus.

As we get older our minds sometimes mull over what the end of life is going to be like. Well I’ve got some good news for you – “The grave is not the end for the believer — it’s the beginning of forever with Christ.” Or as John Stott once said, “We live and we die. Christ died and lived! And because He lives, we shall live also.” Now that is really good news.

D L Moody once said, “Some day you will read in the papers that D. L. Moody of East Northfield is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it! … I shall have gone up higher, that is all—gone out of this old clay tenement into a house that is immortal… a body that death cannot touch, that sin cannot taint; a body fashioned like unto His glorious body.” Now that is an inspiring quote for Resurrection Sunday!
