As we conclude our series from the Book of James this quote seems very appropriate. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Many scientists say there are no such things as miracles as everything has a logical explanation. Well Mr Scientist can you not see that a transformed life is the greatest of all miracles. Every time a person is “born again” by repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ, the miracle of regeneration is performed.
In times of trouble, God warns us that we ‘Do not overcome evil by evil, but overcome evil with good.’ Instead we should ’Love your enemies, and do good, expecting nothing in return.’-
